I just want to make money. It’s a very simple thing. Or, at least, I think it should be. The truth is, I have tried and tried and I can’t seem to remain productive enough to actually make much money. Obviously I have the wrong approach. Currently, I work a 9-5. The pay is not good. It is good for my area, though. There really aren’t many jobs around here. I’m very fortunate to have the job that I have. The problem is, I don’t actually like my job. I don’t care to deal with the people I have to deal with every day. They are lazy, arrogant and condescending. They’re also not very intellectually stimulating, but really that’s pretty much my fault I guess. All I ever want to talk about is money. “Hey man, what did you do this weekend?” “I got three tubs of Greek yogurt and two cartons of eggs with 18 eggs apiece for $2.75!” (True story.) Every time I try to talk about business ideas and side hustles and investing, every bit of it falls on deaf ears and forces me into this awkward...
